Job Description
Prepare the production plan for medium and short term, based on the forecast and negotiation with commercial team
Prepare the direct material plan for long, medium and short term (beef, MDM and global accounts ingredients)
Ensure that the information about capacities & efficiency are updated and aligned with production department
Evaluate the demand / coverage of finished goods stocks at factory, taking some actions along with S&OP team when necessary
Monitor the deliveries and inventory of specific ingredients and raw material (beef and MDM)
Monitor the shelf life of all materials in stock (direct and finished) and develop actions for those under expiring risk
