About the Role
Partnering closely with the VP/GM of the Middle East & Africa region (MEA) the Senior HR Manager MEA will act as the HR business partner to the MEA leadership team on strategic and operational HR matters in the region. The ideal candidate will partner with internal as well as external stakeholders able to interact and have an impact also with senior leaders in the EU region. She/He will be the primary owner of developing and implementing people and organizational solutions to execute against the business strategy. As part of this role the incumbent will identify assess and develop talent in the region and lead key interventions to retain and attract the right talent for critical roles that will support the growth expected in the Region.
