- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in employee development, training, and organizational growth.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning new technologies.

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
- Understanding of training needs analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Any relevant certifications in HR or Learning and Development would be a plus.
