Candidate should have experience in doing the finalization of accounts and financial audits by liaising with the auditor.
Should be proficient and have a strong grip on daily accounting operations, booking accounting transactions and accounting software.
Well-versed with Real estate VAT requirements, VAT return filing & Corporate Tax Knowledge.
Should be experienced in making timely management reports – property-wise P & L, Project costing report, Receivable and Cash flow statement.
Liaise with the management making clear communication regarding accounting, finance and admin issues on a regular basis.
To have proper coordination with the Leasing and sales team to maintain a proper reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are given to management.
Will be added weightage of having Knowledge of Owner Association audit, and RERA audit.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience.
Candidate should be able to work professionally and handle work pressure.
should be presentable and have strong communication skills,
Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.
Real Estate experience will be preferred with a UAE driving license.
