POSITION SUMMARY
Nespresso UAE is seeking to hire a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager with a solid background in Hospitality or Premium Hotel Marketing. The selected candidate will manage the OutofHome (OOH) product portfolio of coffee machines accessories and services. They will execute global product launches & themes based on market needs and carry out marketspecific local initiatives.
A DAY IN THE LIFE ...
- Execute the product strategy and commercial value propositions including new products/services.
- Regularly review the channels portfolio performance and suggest possible optimizations e.g. promotion pricing and portfolio rationalization.
- Conduct annual deep dives on market trends and competitive development for coffee machines accessories and services.
- Provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channels portfolio.
- Drive awareness for the OOH propositions among decision makers and endusers including local ATL campaigns for OOH.
- Maximize the impact of the local digital footprint including the OOH website.
- Execute lead generation activities including direct mail campaigns CRM fairs and events.
MANAGEMENT TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the Organizations business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable approach.
- Define and drive the right initiatives to achieve the business results
- Support the Marketing Manager in making optimal investments and decisions in the Operational People Plan process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment
- Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organization by collaborating with other departments
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- A university degree in marketing commercial or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product and/or Brand Manager in a Hospitality or Premium Hotel Marketing setting.
- Experience in project management of complex projects.
- Demonstrable initiative anticipating future problems and developing contingency plans.
- Excellent understanding of the business environment including team goals and company business drivers.
- Proactive cooperation gaining the trust and support of others and contributing ideas and energy to succeed as a team.
- Strong results focus achieving results in compliance with the Nestl Corporate Business Principles and delivering expected result
