Responsibilities:
Leadership
•Build and grow a high performing Commercial Team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
•Be an advocate and driver of NIP culture and positively influence the team and beyond
•Report across the management team on current development and overall status of the partnership portfolio.
Revenue and partnership management
•Outline and manage targets for the Commercial Team.
•Oversee and direct the Commercial Team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
•Implement means of measuring customer satisfaction to increase retention and revenue.
•Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
