About The Opportunity
- Handling, planning & liaising with internal teams to activate campaigns;
- Manage the sourcing and production of all marketing collateral related to food e-commerce
- Managing Deliverables of content across channels.
- Documenting all campaign plans and activities, and creating post-campaign result documents with corrective or next steps for new campaigns;
- Working with the manager to plan campaigns, that are aligned with the annual calendar;
- Presenting results of recent campaigns in weekly/monthly meetings with relevant departments within the business;
- Constantly track trends, Flag new ones, and come up with relevant marketing campaign ideas;
- Constantly tracking and reporting costs, marketing spending, and budgets.
- Briefing, planning, and supporting on-ground activations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including OOH, digital, social media, print, and events.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities for campaign initiation, optimization, and customer targeting.
- Constantly track competitors' activities, products, and campaigns.
- Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Overcome challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach target audiences, and drive desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, CRM, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels.
- Plan and manage the campaign budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drive successful collaboration and campaign delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Act as a mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
- Constant Analysis on Key Accounts trends, and performance, build plans accordingly, and execute those plans across all channels in the UAE.
- Being the main point of contact for Key account requests, marketing leads, and escalation.
- Looking at the bigger picture of growth and prioritizing requests based on return on investment.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, and campaign management preferably in an e-commerce, F&b aggregator, or tech company.
- Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in analysis and a very numbers-oriented person.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
