Responsibilities: - Preparation of various tax returns (1040, 1065, S) with multistate considerations - Scheduleclient appointments, handle tax planning meetings, discuss taxstrategies, answer client questions, etc. - Workalongside partners to implement client tax plans and strategies forprivately-held businesses - Assist with firmgrowth Requirements: - Ideal candidate shouldhave 3 to 5 plus years of public accounting experience - Graduate degree in taxation, a plus -Active CPA license required - Thoroughunderstanding of current tax law - Experiencewith tax and accounting software (Axcess and Quick Books)- Desire to work in a team environment - Excellent organizational, client service, communication,technical and supervisory skills - Knowledge oftrust and estate planning, a plus
