- Analyze and measure the strategic growth of our new ventures projects.
- Work with the team to implement innovative strategies to drive the success of new business opportunities, define success metrics and identify new paths of growth.
- Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of talabat operations to always provide the best solutions.
- Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
- Work alongside a team of professionals in a collaborative environment and support the team's overall growth.

What you need to be successful
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in a strategy role within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries
- Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) – comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
- Experience working closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. is good to have.
