Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
To check if there are any improvements that can be made to the service provided.
To ensure the customer is fully satisfied.
To demonstrate care and support for the customer.
To capture any dissatisfaction before it potentially becomes severe.
To verify with the customer that all is fine with their vehicle and the service provided.
To remind the customer of any additional work required.
