Assess market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making, identify threats and areas of differentiation, and help determine best markets to penetrate, target and grow in
Identify and catalog competitors’ growth strategies, as well as key financial metrics (revenue, profitability, gross profits, etc..) and provide regular reports on financial market trends to Corporate Development and Business Planning head
Revise and update evision’s strategy on a regular basis
Lead the development of the Business Planning and Corporate Development functional strategy, and operational plan to deliver the specific strategic objectives and target in line with evision’s overall strategy
Help functional leads to cascade annual plans and evision strategy to departmental goals, processes and resource allocation
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives. Regularly monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Work closely with various functional heads to optimize revenue streams, identify new monetization opportunities and assist in steering the organization towards delivery of identified and prioritized growth opportunities i.e., Act as liaison between different departments to drive results
Envision and drive strategic projects assigned to the business strategy manager in order to grow business in new verticals and beyond current offerings
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities including strategic fit, due diligence and financial and long-range business plan review
Analyze and review evision’s key processes and identify improvement areas to streamline operations
Develop evision’s quarterly, annual and long-range business plans for growth and profitability (aligned with functional heads and leadership targets) and evaluate these plans on a periodic basis.
Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives and products, including a detailed evaluation of the financial and business feasibility, risks and ROI
Prepare executive-level updates, reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate strategic plans, progress updates, achievements, and performance insights to senior management and stakeholders
Contribute to the development of workforce plans and recruitment efforts
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
3-5 years of experience in Business Planning and Strategy role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
