Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes using traditional techniques and recipes.
Develop and create new dishes that showcase Chinese cuisine while incorporating modern cooking trends.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to high standards of quality and hygiene.
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training and development.
Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
Collaborate with management to develop menus and pricing strategies.
Monitor and control food costs and wastage.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
