At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
The role will also include supporting employees and managers when it comes to matters related to salary payment, payroll tax, terms of employment, pension, and supplementary insurance
Knowledge of employment conditions, labor legislation, labor relations, social insurance, tax laws and regulations and social services
Demonstrable experience with automated personnel administration-, - information and payroll systems, preferably Beaufort/Gemal
Contribute to the development and implementation of policy in the field of personnel and payroll administration
Payroll experience in Netherlands region
Dutch and English language proficient
