Liaise with business stakeholders to discover , organize, and clarify business needs and analyse challenges within the team
Lead communications with external vendors to find suitable solutions to address business challenges
Manage external service provider to ensure high quality and timely delivery of contracted services
Ensure that company methodology and deliverables are in line with approved company standards
Optimize IT service delivery and conduct quality assurance, monitoring and analysing performance issues
Carry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the Management
Maintain and ensure confidentiality at all times
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Adhere to the company's rules, regulations, procedures and policies at all times
Provide professional expertise during recruitment, hiring, and training of new personnel as necessary
Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective department objectives
Monitor individual member progress and participate in their career planning
Provide input for preparation of the department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Department objectives
Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control
Job Specifications (knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviours)
Education
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Science or equivalent
ITIL, PMI or similar certification is an advantage
Experience
10+ years in IT space, with 2+ experience in a similar role
5+ in IT function or consultancy role in Trading environment
5+ years in managing IT Vendor or System Integrator for Application Development and Management activities
