Conduct in-depth research on digital banking trends and studies
Collect relevant data and across the various units, identify and analyze growth opportunities, align with overall bank strategy and plans
Business review meetings with the units/other stakeholders
Support new business development opportunities
Hold workshops to understand key business plans and requirements & transform the analytic insights into understandable and actionable recommendations and then communicate them effectively
Support in the development of business cases & align objectives and strategy within and outside RBWM, track and enable achievement
Establish and maintain a robust post implementation review process for all material investments spends
Proactively recommend, scope, and provide analytics that will help inform strategy at all levels; specifically cross-sell and upsell, customer retention and loyalty, and multichannel
Budgeting & planning
Carry out regular monitoring of annual plan achievements and implementation
Coordinates with all internal teams to ensure that all costs are captured & the P&L reflects the true cost of the business
Stakeholder engagement
Key point of contact for all accounting related aspects
Proactive interaction with finance & key business stakeholders
Support all audits, reviews with external, internal & Government auditors & regulators
