Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates to deliver sales targets.

Communicate effectvely with the store team regarding promotons, new products, and any relevant

updates.

Merchandising And Visual Display

Oversee the visual merchandising deck, ensuring that displays are atractve, well-organized, and

comply with brand standards.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to ensure sufcient stock levels and

appropriate product assortment.

Implement effectve merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and drive sales.

Operatonal Efciency

Maintain the department's overall operatonal efciency, including inventory management, stock

replenishment, and cashier operatons.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identfy opportunites for improvement

and implement acton plans accordingly.
