Contributing to income generation for Middle East Private Office (PO).
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Present this information in writing to a high professional standard.
Present market research and updates to clients and their advisors in private or open public forums.
Contribute to business development including proposal writing and attending network events.
Attend pitches and help onboard new sales and lettings instructions.
Assist with email outbound and online/social marketing.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and properties.
Client administration, management, and transaction support.
Assemble a shortlist of target ‘Tier 1’ clients.
Formulate and implement business strategies with the Partner in charge.
Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure transactions are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
Liaise and network with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross-selling of business.
Refer business leads or other potential fee-earning opportunities into other parts of the regional and global business.
