Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end EOR process, including employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of EOR services, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Implement and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency of corporate services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EOR and corporate service needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence across EOR and corporate service operations.
