Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during lease or sales. The agent will also be responsible for adhering to industry regulations and building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide valuable insights and advice to clients on market trends property values and investment opportunities.
- Identify new sales leads and maintain good advisorclient relationship.
- Assess client requirements and financial capabilities to provide suitable solutions.
- Assist clients in property transactions including viewings negotiations and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends property values and industry regulations.
- Follow companys policy and procedures to ensure quality and legality of all the transactions.
- Utilize social media to showcase properties and reach potential buyers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or leasing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Real Estate Broker License is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate laws regulations and market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- UAE drivers license and car is preferred.
