Job Description
- Effectively manage own portfolio of LBO deals including Agency roles when needed.
- Detect underperforming assets early and propose strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with clients, credit, and syndicate banks, offering day-to-day control and support for new investments in LBO and Corporate Cross-Over deals.
- Contribute to various deal processes, encompassing financial modeling, credit and legal analysis, and presentations to relevant committees.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with key portfolio clients, working closely with middle and back offices to ensure accurate and timely management of loan facilities and compliance processes.
- Provide credit and operational support, and offer general assistance to team members when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the European Leveraged Finance market or similar credit related area.
- Highly numerical and capable of building and using cash flow model.
- Credit skills with exposure to a wide range of business sectors across all relevant European jurisdictions
- CFA qualification is recommended
