Work with multiple divisions and stakeholders to enhance the company-wide transformation strategy and ensure the plan is consistently reviewed and improved where necessary.
Lead the transformation agenda through ongoing direction and consultation with key personnel at all levels.
Manage the communication planning and delivery of the transformation agenda, to ensure transparency and frequency of updates are maintained throughout the different stakeholder groups (internally and externally).
Utilise your knowledge and experience of best practice for divisions including HR, Finance and IT to help with recommendations for enhancements and optimisation.
