Working knowledge of all elements of reward – base pay, variable pay (short term and long term), benefits, etc.; good knowledge and experience of benefits management.
Experience of reward issues/ challenges of comparable sector (preferable).
Bachelor’s or master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant reward experience.
Experience of using HR systems (e.g. Oracle Cloud) and performance management systems.
Understanding of financial impact of actions and active stakeholder engagement.
Good communication skills – verbal, written; good presentation skills; good analytical skills.
Experience of managing change in a fast-paced organisation.
Good project management skills.
Salary benchmarking & Hay job evaluation (preferable).
Experience working on a multi-country environment.
