Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, process optimization, and quality control.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
