Job Description
About The Company:
A leading boutique firm having a vast network of connections and highly specializing in investment opportunities in the residential segment of the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates offering services such as Portfolio Management Leasing Sales Purchases and more.
- At least 2 years of proven record with successful transactions in OffPlan properties
- Good English communication skills
- Strong marketing skills
- Bachelors Degree required
- Fast learner and team player
- Must have a driving license
- Able to take photos and important information while visiting targeted properties
- Ability to evaluate a property based on current market prices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Preferably Arabic speaker
No Salary: Commission Based
Job Type: Fulltime
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Real Estate Agent: 2 years (Required)
Language:
Arabic Russian Lebanese English (Required)
