Job Description
Thisposition plays a crucial role in identifying potential risksdeveloping improvements and enhancements to service offerings andinteracting with management on performance measurement andanalysis. The Senior Associate will be responsible for leading newprojects to optimize existing processes and for troubleshooting anyissues that arise. This includes writing efficient codecollaborating with other developers and providing support tobusiness project teams. Additionally the Senior Associate will beinvolved in maintaining and operating existing custom codeprocesses ensuring the continued efficiency and accuracy of ourreporting capabilities.
