- Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform a range of skin services and Nail services as directed in the salon brochure.
- Provide a full consultation to identify any health or skin problems before carrying out services.
- Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate.
- Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence.
- Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy.
- Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
- Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures for all treatments.
- Build relationships with clients and record all technical service information for future reference.
