What you will do:

• Oversee and manage all real estate operations including property management Project development generating leads for sales leasing and tenant relations.
• Generate sales through direct/indirect channels to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for business expansion in the real estate market.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective advertising and sales strategy across all of the organizations projects.
• Achieve allocated sales targets through collaboration with the sales team or agents.
• Escalate and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

What they do expect from you:

• Bachelors degree in real estate business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a real estate Sales Manager with at least 10 years of work experience in the real estate (Residential) industry in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic language is preferred.
