Job Description
- Experience in nursery, supporting teachers, working with children of determination and liaising with parents.
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity.
- Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skills.
- Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient, and can persevere.
- Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic.
- Good spoken communication skills.
- The ability to encourage people and put them at ease.
- A recognized teaching SEN qualification (i.e.Cache level 3 or 4 or a degree in Special Education)
