- Develop new recipes for daily and seasonal menus
- Oversee the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections
- Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
- Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
- Assist in maximising profitability
- Support the Executive Chef in daily operation
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a Certificate in Culinary Arts - Pastry Making, Baking or relevant field
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background in the capacity of Head Pastry Chef
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Enjoys being challenged
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
