- Drive and assist in interactive internal communications for employee engagement activities
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Coordinate with each department and ensure accuracy of the time & attendance processing every payroll cut-off
- Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
- Ensures accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated
- Maintain clean and organized communication notice boards within the hotel premises
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and stores

- Has a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Has excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Is updated with latest trends in social media
- Is Technology savvy
- Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
