Job function:
They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to fill the role of Financial Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our finance department. As a Financial Administrative Assistant you will work in the office with colleagues of other disciplines and will report to the Operational Manager and the Finance Team lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting, Finance, or related field, but Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a financial or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
