Supervising the service providers daily activities, attendees, performance, response time, etc...

Prepare a weekly report for the service providers’ performance, quality of work & problems.
.
Prepare regular reports on all maintenance activities.
.
Monitor facilities throughout their warranty period for deficiencies.
.
Conduct non-routine maintenance activities as needed in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
.
Provide support to General Services and Projects team as needed for facilities projects.
.
Maintain current facilities records and files.
.
Monitor the KPI’s & SLA’s parameters of the Service providers and maintain Records and report in timely manner.

Perform Costumers satisfaction survey twice a year and prepare a service Improvement plan based on Complains root cause analysis and monitor result monthly and report to facility engineer for action.

Provide required support and follow up with regards to campus needs such as setups, events, exams and day to day activities and complains.
.
Monitor and follow up complaints and request logs related to facilities maintenance.
.
Conduct non-routine maintenance activities as needed in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Coordinate with Health and Safety as and when needed for maintenance activities.
