A full understanding of reinsurance products and involvement in operations specifically those available to existing motor treaties, as well as the necessary process for facultative cession.

An expert knowledge of restrictions in underwriting guidelines.

Expert knowledge of the broker distribution channels, the various tools utilized by the broker and the process interaction between insurer and broker.
