Job Description
- Responsible for booking and controlling all the third parties’ invoices.
- Align with accounting to ensure payment in due time.
- Control goods and service contracts and ensure that goods and services received are consistent with contracts and invoices.
- Conduct monthly reports for Asset locations tool ownership and SAP verification.
- Control sales invoices and E-invoices of main contracts.
- Generate monthly performance reports for AR.
