Job Description
Required Skills and Experience *
1+ years' experience in content creation, eLearning and/or training curriculum
Proficient in Esri ArcGIS, ArcMap, and/or ArcFM platform as a user
Strong knowledge of GIS terminology
Ability to develop training content, and deliver clear and effective messaging based on organization goals
Experience generating reports and tracking content analytics
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable leading presentations to employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and within a team
