Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and other electrical personnel on a construction site or project.
- Plan and organize the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in all electrical work.
- Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory of electrical equipment and materials, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement electrical plans and designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, making repairs and adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including diagrams, blueprints, and maintenance schedules.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical technology, continually enhancing knowledge and skills.
