Project Manager Guided Weapon

• Project management (R&D programs): ensure the sufficient and profitable execution of all allocated programs and related contracts within the constraints of schedule, budget and scope of work
• Planning, develop, execute & maintain a project management plan and aggregate project plans for all allocated projects
• Contract execution: ensure adherence to contractual requirements and objectives, utilizing resources effectively over the full lifecycle of the contract
• Support System Engineer and design team in developing the System Engineering Management Plan, TEMP, QAP, CMP
• Resource management: facilitate line management planning to secure appropriate resources
• Control: ensure the conformity of program output against contractual requirements, as well as company norms and standards
• Risk management: manage the identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks
• Reporting: report project status to the various Executive and Project Management entities
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to the knowledge of the office through collaborative exchange
  

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• 8+ years hands on experience Customer and Development Environment
