Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other degree • Over 5 years of experience working in executive assistance activities in the UAE preferred. • Previous experience in real estate-related companies is a plus. • Strong proficiency in the English language is essential. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: • Strong application of initiative and • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Must possess tact, and diplomacy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Knowledge of performing bookkeeping tasks is preferred.
