Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documents, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to gather and distribute project-related documentation.
Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents, both in physical and electronic formats, while ensuring version control and confidentiality.
