Key Requirements
- A background in lending ins essential to be successful in this role
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar customer service environment
- Strong credit risk assessment skills gained through experience within a major financial institution (or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to actively listen to members to ensure their needs are best met
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast paced and high call volume environment
