Job Description
Develop and execute corporate tax strategies aligned with group objectives and regulations, collaborating with the tax team.
Review monthly tax provision calculations, reconcile to ledger, and oversee annual tax compliance process for accurate and timely filings.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards by performing detailed reviews of deferred tax calculations.
Lead transfer pricing initiatives to optimise global tax position, complying with international guidelines.
Provide tax expertise for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
