Job Description
DAY TO DAY:
- Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join one of our client's teams. As a key member of the Business Analyst team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Customer Experience Platforms, including eCommerce and various sales/suppliers oriented digital solutions. In this role you will:
- Be responsible for analyzing, describing, and documenting digital solutions that grow eCommerce revenue, increase online customer engagement and online customer satisfaction
- Create, proofread, and edit functional, technical and end user documentation in a structured, clear, and concise manner to facilitate evolution and reuse
- Partner effectively with global data and digital factory and countries in Europe, North America, and Pacific to deliver an excellent digital customer experience
