- Min of 14+ years of experience in a large organization with a minimum NP of 1Bn.
- Min of 6 years of managerial experience heading an OD department for a company with at least 500 employees.
- Organizational Design / Development, preferably private sector in Management Consultancy.

- Proven experience in developing comprehensive HR strategies.
- In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Led and delivered a range of OD interventions with proven business benefit in a high performing organization undergoing structural and cultural change.
- A fundamental understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance and significant experience in influencing cultural change.
