Key responsibilities include
• Proficient in using of sales coach tools and technique to develop sales executive
• Managing and Administrating LMS( learning Management System)
• Proficient in preparing and delivering sales skills and Product Trainings
• Conduct training needs analysis for manpower of entire Sales Network also prepare & deliver need-based trainings accordingly.
• Ensure delivery of sales training is within the training budget and maximizes cost effectiveness with focus on Training ROI
• Digital Competency related training such as CRM related Sales Force and ERP system related
• Conduct yearly Sales Executive Competition- Nissan Retail, Renault, Infiniti, Fleet and CPO
