Roles & Responsibilities
· Evaluate, repair, and maintain carpentry, painting and masonry works in the building.
· Determine the materials required for the assigned task, determine appropriate tools as well as materials Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Support the MEP technicians as and when required
· Make sure all new work, maintenance as well as repair work is completed to the required standard
· Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires
