Work Location Aroli (WFO)
Working Days Monday to Friday (Will have to work on Saturday if Required)
Shift Timings 10 am to 7 pm (Will change depending on the project)
Qualifications and
Experience
Graduate or M.B.A.
Experience of 5 to 8 years as a HR business technology partner and should have managed at least 5 projects independently within IT field
Education: Bachelor s degree or MBA and equivalent work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Relevant software certifications preferred
Role description
Manages organizational needs for human resource systems, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs
Manages team members in support of human resource information systems
Manages full life cycle HRIS projects and the associated project planning
Recommends system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic human capital management delivery
Researches costs and vendors, manages the RFP and contract renewal processes
Maintains systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency and resolves software issues
Ensures data integrity, system security and testing of system changes
Designs and generates queries, reports and dashboards
Trains stake holders and users on system utilization
Serves as liaison between users, IT, HR department and third parties
Researches new technologies and system solutions and keeps management informed
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager s discretion
Work with the end users and business owners to map SAP HCM/Payroll/SF standard processes to the business needs of the client
Manage escalations related to HR applications support
Change Request (CR) feasibility and effort estimate, and participation in Change Control Board activities. Approve Design Changes from the IT perspective. Act as solution architect for business process implementation
Key deliverables
Functional Expertise
5 to 8 years of HRIS and Payroll management experience with domain knowledge
Experience managing or supervising employees/contractors
Experience implementing and administering systems: specific experience with systems may include but not be limited to SAP HCM, SAP Success Factor Payroll, SF-EC or other Cloud HCM solutions
Experience in quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, reporting and business process analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and basic understanding of Java
Strong technical background in interfaces
Experience in both project implementation and production support (Atleast 2/3 End to end Implementation)
Should be a Consultant (Developer) of SAP SF (HR Payroll) not an end user.
