The Creative Director should have a strong understanding of digital marketing communications and web technologies to creatively gel online marketing strategies and technical possibilities in achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
The Creative Director is required to provide creative direction for online marketing campaigns as well as web projects and then seeing through to execution whilst ensuring quality of work produced.
The ideal candidate should be extremely creative, dedicated, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing to mentor and lead a team of creative professionals.
Lead creative pitches and proposals
Collaborate with digital media and tech teams
Guides all creative and design-based projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department
Ensuring the timeliness of work delivered to the Client
Providing professional guidance and mentorship to the designers, content strategists and copywriters in the creative team
Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative talents
Leadership, people and time management skills
Presentation, negotiation & consultation skills
Savvy in the areas of online marketing, advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
Able to produce storyboards, illustrations, animations & motion graphics for web
Strong understanding of web and UX design principles
Possess photography, videography and DI experience is a good to have
Being business driven & financially literate are a bonus
Minimum of 5 years experience at an agency or web design firm
Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of creative talents
