We are currently seeking experienced Executive Sous Chefs in Dubai with experience in Restaurant and Hotel chains. This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef to showcase their skills in the hospitality industry. Food production and kitchen staff management are the core responsibilities of the candidates. They must ensure that all meals are produced efficiently and effectively within the budget, control food and labor costs by implementing menu specifications, staff training, and planning, and oversee compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen department and delivering a high-quality dining experience for guests throughout the hotel.
- They proactively work to enhance guest satisfaction, develop plans to achieve kitchen initiatives and hotel targets, and lead and manage the kitchen team.
- They are responsible for preparing the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory, and maintaining productivity and performance levels.
- The Executive Sous Chef builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, reviews the food offerings performance, and provides recommendations for driving financial performance.
- They ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, plan and document due diligence requirements, and perform follow-ups for internal and external audits.

Benefits
Salary: up to 175000 AED per annum all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
