Job Description

Handle full set of accounts and generate monthly financial reports;

Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports;

Ensure financial reports and information are in compliance with relevant tax agencies ;

Handle foreign currency matters;

Quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) preparation and submission;

Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work;

Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process;

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

Maintain an orderly and accurate financial filing system;

Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors;

Prepare accurate monthly and annual operating budgets;

Coordinate and liaise with parties such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required (Senior Position);

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.



Requirements

Recognized relevant Degree and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting/Tax, ACCA;

Fresh graduates and/or 3-4 years experienced;

Candidate will be required to travel and overseas posting;

Positive attitude, highly motivated, flexible, and with an attention to detail;

Spoken and written language English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking and multinational associates;

Able to work independently and work under tight timelines.
