As Credit controller/Account Assistant your responsibilities will include-

Sending month end statements to customers

Taking payments over the phone

Communicating with debtors regularly to minimise risk of missed payments

Dealing with queries and anomalies and raising these to management when needed

Daily bank reconciliation

Weekly cashflow forecasts

Managing Petty Cash

Allocating payments

Liaising with sales department

Working closely with the accounts and management team

Providing month end credit control reports

The ideal candidate will be AAT level 4 qualified or QBE, be confident in using Excel as well as a good communicator, both verbally and experience in a similar role.
